· Give timely and periodic evaluation and feedback Ｏn students’ academic and non-academic performances.
及时对学生学业及非学业方面的表现进行阶段性评估。
· Improve teaching according to feedback from students and administrators.
根据学生及管理人员的反馈改进教学。
· Advice to students for learning strategies and skills according to their learning potential.
根据学生的学习潜力，为他们提供学习策略和技能的建议。
· To collaborate and share with other teachers (local & foreign) to improve, develop and create an overall better teaching and learning materials, skills and environment.
与本地教师及外教合作、分享，以期共同提高教学技能并提供更好的教学材料。
· Create a safe environment for students so they feel relaxed getting out of their comfort zones.
创设一个安全轻松的学习环境，帮助学生走出舒适圈。
· Actively get involved in the campus life and participate in the teaching and research activities and students activities to contribute wisdom and strength.
能够积极融入学校环境，为学校教研活动、学生活动贡献自己的智慧、力量。
· Actively participate in and cooperate with various activities organized by the school for students or parents.
积极参加并配合学校为学生或者家长举办的各类活动。
· Abide by the Constitution, laws and professional ethics, and be exemplary.

· Educate students Ｏn the basic principles determined by the Constitution, organize and lead students to carry out beneficial social activities.

· Caring for and loving all students, respecting their personality, and promoting the all-round development of students.
关心、爱护全体学生，尊重学生人格，促进学生的全面发展。
· Stop behaviors harmful to students or other behaviors that infringe Ｏn students' legitimate rights and interests, criticize and resist phenomena that are harmful to students' healthy growth.
制止有害于学生的行为或者其他侵犯学生合法权益的行为，批评和抵制有害于学生健康成长的现象。
· Management and storage of students' schoolwork, scores and teaching materials.
学生课业、成绩、学科教学材料的管理与保存。
· Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Learning and Teaching Coordinator and DP Coordinator and other related supervisors.
完成教学统筹和DP协调员及其他相关领导分配的任务。
